Wraps with guacamole and sunflower sprouts

Required for two wraps

• 2 wraps (wholemeal)
1 avocado
1 beefsteak tomato
Juice of 1/2 lime
Small handful of sunflower sprouts
Optional: extra sunflower seeds

This is how you prepare it

First prepare the wraps if you are making them yourself.

Then prepare the guacamole. Peel the de-stoned avocado and mash it finely into shape. Rinse the tomato and cut it into small cubes. Mix everything together and season with lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Fill the wraps with the guacamole, sprouts and, if desired, the sunflower seeds.
