Healthy pizza with garlic sprouts

One for the pizza lovers. What about a healthy pizza? This pizza contains a nutritious oatmeal pizza bottom with topping goat cheese, garlic and leek sprouts. The tasty sprouts give your pizza a flavour boast.

  • 150 g of oatmeal
  • 160 g of low-fat soft curd
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs

for the topping

  • 100 g of soft goat’s cheese
  • 25 g of leek sprouts
  • 25 g of garlic sprouts
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree

This is how you prepare them

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
First prepare the bases by mixing the ingredients in a blender into a batter. You can also use a hand mixer, but the batter will be less even.
Cover a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper and distribute the batter over this – with a spoon – creating long shapes.
Try to spread the batter as thinly as possible. Place the tray in the middle of the oven for a minimum of 20 minutes.
Remove the bases from the oven and coat them in tomato puree, adding a pinch of pepper and goat’s cheese. Return them to the oven for another five minutes.
Once the goat’s cheese has melted, finish off by dividing the sprouts across the top.
