Guarda il nostro assortimentoI germogli sono piante novelle, germinate da poco e contengono un’alta
concentrazione di vitamine, minerali, enzimi e proteine perché vengono raccolti
precocemente questa la differenza se paragonati con i vegetali raccolti a piena
maturazione. Le loro sostanze sono più facilmente assimilabili dagli esseri umani
grazie alla sottile parete cellulare dei germogli quando i semi sono germinati.
Le varietà di germogli più conosciute sono attualmente i germogli alfa alfa e quelli
di soia, ma esistono molte altre varietà di germogli.
Van der Plas ne produce attualmente una ricca gamma, 25 diversi tipi di germogli,
inclusi quelli di alfa alfa, di ravanello, di China Rose e di barbabietola rossa.GermogliKiemgroenten zijn jonge, net ontkiemde
plantjes. Vanwege het feit dat ze in een vroeg
stadium geoogst worden, bevatten ze een
hoge concentratie vitaminen, mineralen,
enzymen en proteïnen. Met name als je dit

Deze stoffen zijn voor mensen makkelijker

- 160 g of low-fat soft curd
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- 100 g of soft goat's cheese
- 25 g of leek sprouts
- 25 g of garlic sprouts
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. First prepare the bases by mixing the ingredients in a blender into a batter. You can also use a hand mixer, but the batter will be less even. Cover a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper and distribute the batter over this - with a spoon – creating long shapes. Try to spread the batter as thinly as possible. Place the tray in the middle of the oven for a minimum of 20 minutes. Remove the bases from the oven and coat them in tomato puree, adding a pinch of pepper and goat’s cheese. Return them to the oven for another five minutes. Once the goat’s cheese has melted, finish off by dividing the sprouts across the top.
