This one is for the cheese lovers! Van der Plas Sprouts we like to combine sprouts on every type of sandwich. But one of our favourite combination is a grilled cheese sandwich with smashed avocado and some fine alfalfa sprouts.
How to make it: Peel the avocado and smash it roughly. Cut the bread and slice the cheese. Put the cheese on the bread and add the smashed avocado. Now grill the sandwich for 5 minutes. When the sandwich is done complete it with some crispy alfalfa sprouts.
What do you need:
- 1/2 avocado
- 30g Alfalfa sprouts
- Sliced bread (fresh)
- Cheese (pick the cheese you like)
